When out of stock?

Some manufacturers are slow on re-orders. In some cases we cannot ship the bow of your choice immediately. We provide you with a preview for the delay in delivery by a separate e-mail message. If you cannot agree with the delay, you may postpone your payment or eventually cancel your order. On your request payments by PayPal will be refunded immediately if you cancel your order in case of delay

• Pictures and photographs on carbonbow.com may in some cases differ a little from the real items.
• A final Invoice -with a full legal status- will be sent together with any shipment. 
• Shipment will be carried out with the greatest care possible. Every shipment will be insured if possible for the destination. All goods travel at customers risk
• Customers are allowed cancel any order that cannot be shipped within 40 days unless da different term was agreed.
• I guarantee a full refund of payment in case of canceling or non-delivery. 
• Items made to order or colour and instruments strings are excluded explicitly from the "cooling down" period, mentioned in EU laws and regulations for on-line and distant-sales.
• Refunds can only be made if goods are returned after our approval and within 8 (eight) days after delivery. Goods have to be packed in the original box or bag and should be considered "new and unused", to our judgment. In case of malfunction, goods can be returned for repair or replacement within 8 days after delivery.
• In case of returning goods, all cost of shipment and insurance will be payed by the customer, unless we agree that there is a reason for a partial or total refund of the cost of shipping. Refunds will be made within 30 days by bank transfer or PayPal.
• General conditions of Bert Boon Muziekinstrumentenbouw, a legal deposit by the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) of the Northern Netherlands, apply for all transactions.
• By ordering, customers declare to agree with all conditions mentioned.
