EU countries (except NL.)

For EU countries all prices (in bold) contain 19% VAT (Value Added Tax)
No further tax will be charged.

NON EU countries

According to the EU regulations, there is no tax charge for all sales to countries outside the EU.  The price  "without tax" appears on your bill.  We provide every shipment outside the EU with an abbreviated Customs Declaration (Green Sticker, unless a complete declaration is required) with statements about contents and value.
All taxes and import dues(if there are any; in many countries goods pass customs without import dues when the value is under a certain amount!) will be calculated by and charged according to the regulations of  your country. Your local Customs Office should be able to inform you.

The Netherlands

NL residents pay the EU prices, containing 19% VAT  but save on shipping charges.

Ordering instructions

Ordering is initiated by clicking the ORDER button;  the content of your shopping-cart  is shown.
Click the "continue shopping" button to complete your order or click "go to payments"
You are asked to choose "EU countries" or "non EU countries" (or:"NL") to determine the right tax-zone and shipping charges. We cannot process your order without the right data, so please enter your information carefully into the obligatory fields. Your e-mail adress must be valid!

Order Processing

For this online-store we use Mal's E-commerce,  one of the world's safest and most reliable E-commerce  providers.

Payment options:                       BankTransfer            

You can pay on-line by PayPal, or by bank-transfer in advance.
PayPal: you will be connected to a secure PayPal site. You can use your creditcard (and in some countries your bank account) PayPal wants you to set up a PayPal account, but if  you prefer not to, you should be able to complete  your payment anyway.  PayPal  has an excellent reputation on safety!
Bank Transfer: You will receive an automated confirmation of your order by e-mail. Within 24 hours (48 hours during the weekends)  you will receive a "Pro Forma" invoice with all the details you need for your payment.

When out of stock?

Some manufacturers are slow on re-orders. In some cases we cannot ship the bow of your choice immediately. We provide you with a preview for the delay in delivery by a separate e-mail message. If you cannot agree with the delay, you may postpone your payment or eventually cancel your order. On your request Payments by PayPal will be refunded immediately if you cancel your order in case of delay .

Shipment 

EU countries (except NL)
We ship to all EU countries by TNT(Royal Dutch Mail), International Parcel Plus (IP plus) up to 2 kg, for a flat rate of 14,50 euro, taxes included. IP plus guarantees safe, fast and insured (up to 500 euros) shipment.  Larger shipments will be billed separately.
The Netherlands
Since we are based in the Netherlands, a special reduced inland shipping rate of 9,50 euros (TNT-registered/insured) can be applied for all  NL residents.
Non EU countries, rest of the world

We ship by TNT (Royal Dutch Mail), International Parcel Plus (IP plus) up to 2 kg, for a flat rate of 23,00 euro. Larger shipments will be billed separately. According to EU regulations, shipments outside the EU will be billed without tax (Value-Added Tax).  

Exceptions:  shipment to the US, Brazil and some other countries cannot be insured by TNT and will be sent as Registered Mail or Registered mail with declared value. Please ask for the possibilities before ordering! 

Upon request we can give you a quote for shipment by UPS, FedEx or a similar express-service.

Additional conditions for international on-line sales

- Pictures on carbonbow.com may in some cases differ a little from the real articles.
- All prices mentioned are in Euro, Dutch VAT (tax) included. Customers from non-EU countries do not pay Dutch VAT, but can expect to be charged local import taxes or VAT by their local customs.
- A customs-declaration or an abbreviated customs declaration will be attached to every shipment outside the EU.
- Payment in advance by bank transfer or Credit Card service by PayPal only.
- A so-called Pro-Forma invoice will be attached to every confirmation of order.
- A final Invoice -with a full legal status- will be sent together with any shipment.
- Shipment will be carried out with the greatest care possible. Every shipment will be insured, although all goods travel at customers risk
- Customers will be given an estimate for shipment and delivery, in case articles ordered are out of stock.
- Customers can cancel any order that cannot be shipped within 40 days.
- We guarantee a full refund of payment in case of canceling or non-delivery.
- Items made to order or colour are excluded explicitly from the "cooling down" period, mentioned in EU laws and regulations.
- Refunds can only be made if goods are returned after our approval only and within 8 (eight) days after delivery. Goods have to be packed in the original box or bag and should be considered "new and unused", to our judgment. In case of malfunction, goods can be returned for repair or replacement within 8 days after delivery.
- In case of returning goods, all cost of shipment and insurance will be payed by the customer, unless we agree that there is a reason for a partial or total refund of the cost of shipping. Refunds will be made within 30 days by bank transfer or PayPal
- General conditions of Bert Boon Muziekinstrumentenbouw, a legal deposit by the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) of Groningen, The Netherlands, apply for all transactions. By ordering, customers declare to agree with all conditions mentioned.

All data concerning our customers will only be used for internal accounting purposes, will be treated with the utmost care and will never be sold or given to third parties.
